DUTIES OF AUTHORS

Articles submitted by authors should be well-researched reports of research results or reviews related to their expertise. The published article must be described in detail so that it can be replicated under different conditions. If necessary, the Editor may ask the author to submit raw data. All quotations made by the author must be properly cited. Unpublished sources cannot be used as references. Acknowledgments to all parties involved or funders should be listed as acknowledgments or contributors. Authors are strictly prohibited from plagiarizing the work of others. The use of hazardous chemicals must be explained in terms of their use and handling in the article, and the use of test animals must be communicated as having received approval from the authorities. If the author identifies any errors in their work after publication, they may contact the editor to discuss it.

DUTIES OF EDITORS

The responsibility for selecting articles to be published lies with the Editor. In making decisions, editors must comply with the policies of the editorial board and consider the legal and ethical aspects prevailing in society, as well as considerations of copyright and plagiarism, without being limited by differences in the authors. The Editor must maintain the confidentiality of the articles, not use them for personal gain, and seek expert advice or consultation with other experts if there are issues that cannot be resolved. If there are objections from interested parties, the Editor must be responsive in addressing the complaints promptly, even if the publication has been carried out for a long time.

DUTIES OF REVIEWERS

A reviewer is someone selected by the editor according to their expertise. A reviewer may decline an editor’s request if they do not understand the article being reviewed or if it does not align with their expertise. Reviewers may provide input on the articles reviewed and assist the Editor in making decisions about the articles under review. Upon receiving and correcting the article from the reviewer, the Editor is required to keep the document confidential. Reviewers should pay attention to the citations made by the author (in text and references). In conducting the review, reviewers should not use the text for personal gain without permission from the author. Reviewers must treat the articles they review fairly.
